Core the Tomatoes and emerge them in boiling water for 15 to 20 seconds. cool them off in ice water and peel them. Cut the tomatoes in half and squeeze them lightly to get ride of most of the seeds. then there are ready to dice. Chop onions, garlic, fresh basil and fresh thyme. Saute the onion in virgin olive oil and then add 1 cup of tomato paste. Mix well and add the rest of the ingredients.Add salt and pepper to taste, coke for only 5 (five) minutes!! Fill in plastic container, let cool down, cover, label and freeze.

My trouble is with downloading and sizing the picture.and I am still depending
on instruction from Daniel, who kind of passionately accepted the mentor position to teach
me.
For now I will stay with postings about food, until I have more interesting subjects
like traveling, special projects, Family gatherings, sport, etc.
The other day Windy called me for some advice what to do
with all the tomatoes she harvest from her incredible rich garden.
I am convinced that other people have the same problem.
So here is my advice :

The incredible fresh flavor from the garlic, basil and thyme you will encounter even after the marinara sauce was frozen for months, if you do not over cook the sauce to start with.
